THNK, School of Creative Leadership

THNK, School of Creative Leadership is based in Amsterdam and develops the leaders of the future, by offering a part-time, post-graduate leadership program.

Wow, that’s a mouthful! Yes, THNK is one of a kind. I had the honor to join this new movement from the very beginning. I was part of the founding team and co-developed the whole concept, brand and program. Starting as business support-manager, I took care of all the things that needed to be done – from finding a suitable location, to organizing stakeholder meetings.

I soon became Marketing Communications Manager, where I was part of an Interdisciplinary Team that developed the Branding and Identity of THNK. This team consisted of STBY (a design research agency), Lava (a design agency) and LBi (online strategy agency) – together we developed a dynamic visual identity for THNK.

Besides this project, I was in charge of all day-to-day Communications, including PR, Website & Content Management, Events, Printed Materials, SEO, Social Media and Community Management.

THNK was a start-up organization – an environment in which I bloom. My ability to translate big and abstract concepts into workable plans and my hands-on mentality come together in this type of organization. Plus, it was another innovative initiative in the educational sector. Those are the projects that I like best.
